I say the guy was delusional but that implies some molecule of truth in their thinking
He must be talking physical fitness of the members of the state Legislature.
He sure as Hell cannot be talking abour fiscal fitness.
This guy is no better at figuring out this while he is state Treasurer????
California is reaping what it has sown for years.
