Because “civility,” to him, is just another way to silence his opposition. He may speak loudly and distinctly; he expects the rest of us to mutter, sotto voce, “But, it‘s wrong!”

That's how the enemy operates. He conveniently defines appropriate behavior for everyone else so that he may act ruthlessly, with impunity. It's the spirit of lawlessness. Obama is lawless. SS named him Renegade, after all.
