To say that I am ashamed of this WH is barely scratching the surface. As for Kagan being a lesbian I think that is just a decoy from the fact that she’s a hard core commie. IOWs I think they picked a woman who is lesbian specifically so that all attention and controversy would be on that. She will be confirmed if that is the issue the right focuses on. She has written about the “positive rights” view that Barry0 has. Communism.
