This guy doesn’t know north from south so I can just imagine where his head is.....He can always quit if he doesn’t like it, as a matter of fact he should be fired, for stupidity and being racist.

IMO, That statement alone will nulify the lawsuit.

Lets see... there should be only one way your first reason wouldnt apply. Someone visiting from another country. In which case they should have #2 apply.

As I understand it, If you are in this country legally, but not a citizen, you are supposed to carry your card with you at all times. If you are a citizen, your Driver’s License or other state-issued ID is an acceptable verification. So anyone legally in the country shouldn’t have any problems that they wouldn’t already have.

Escobar should be FIRED for deriliction of duty. Piece of crap is showing more allegiance to that hell hole Mexico than he is to the country that employs him.
