In order to be the president of the United States, you have to be a natural born citizen so your loyalties are to this country. If you were born in, say, Kenya, your loyalties would be for Africa.

Attention Journalism majors:
If some quantity "increases by" 100%, it doubles.
If it "increases by" 200%, it triples.
It must actually quadruple to "increase by" 300%.

Thus, Obama's spending increase in the ability for Africans to slaughter themselves rising from $8.2M to $25.5M is calculated this way:
25.5 - 8.2 = 17.3
17.3 / 8.2 (the difference divided by the original amount) = 2.1097 ~ an increase of 211%.

The new total is 311% of the original amount. It is not an increase of 311%.

Please, do some rudimentary research before writing your "facts", and learn some basic math. Please.
