A visibly perturbed Jay Barbree, during MSNBC live coverage on Thursday, called out Barack Obama for making cuts in NASA that could result, as he claimed, in 9,000 employees losing their jobs even though during the campaign, as the long time NBC correspondent reported, the President “told 15,000 workers here at the Space Center that if they would vote for him, that he would protect their jobs.”
This sent MSNBC live anchor Alex Witt immediately into administration defense mode as she asserted: “I will say on behalf of the Obama administration, they contend that 2500 new jobs will be created.”

I will say on behalf of the Obama administration......
This bears repeating over and over. Shows how MSNCB is now the spokesperson of the Administration.

the President told 15,000 workers here at the Space Center that if they would vote for him, that he would protect their jobs. Maybe The One looked at the voter results of the local polls and decided they didn't come through for him.
Time to pay the wages of sin, NASA jerks.

This comes as no surprise at all. MSNBC is nothing but an echo-chamber and propaganda machine for the hussein-obama administration. I believe chris “tingles” matthews said something to the effect of ‘It's my job to see that this president is successful’ on the day after the election. I think this was on the Joe Scarborough show if I recall correctly. MSNBC is a shameless shill for the left. They don't even attempt to hide their bias.

They are now openly admitting that they are speaking on behalf of the administration. Of course, we already knew that but they are being a bit more honest about it.

Wow, she really did say "On behalf of the Obama administration I . . ."
So much for unbiased news reporting.

Losing 9000 jobs but they are creating 2500?Neither is correct.....200,000 jobs have been lost since Obama the Union Organizer took office.....government jobs lasting 2 months to two years have been made available...Obama has grown the federal government already bloated, to alarming heights. Think of the perks and pensions these people get....this enormity gives Obama great power.

I think Owl Eagle was saying that from the BO POV.
In otherwords, Obama was saying “The jerks that didn’t vote for me lose their jobs”
