I want a political Constitutional Christian conservative who is also an economic Libertarian. In other words, you want a "movement conservative."

Ugh, that plus the recent revelations about his being funded by the big banks has tipped me completely away from Trey Grayson to Paul. Not particularly happy about it, but between the two, Rand Paul is appearing to be far and away the better of the two.
Not that it matters too much, of course, I don’t like in KY.

And I’m thrilled with it...
I like Rand Paul, he’s light years better than the (I can buy the seat for myself, establishment RINO).

This guy isn’t perfect, but I think he’s considerably better than the other guy. It’d be nice to have one guy in the Senate who actually believes in reducing the size of government.

Paul’s lunatics rig, spam and distort every polls they can get their resin stained fingers on.
Your people did themselves proud in New Orleans during Pence’s speech when he mentioned Israel, didn’t they? Are y’all being paid by Soros or Ahmadinejad?

And this is worse than Obama how?

They aren’t libertarians. They are Buchananites squared. The Pauls like to grandstand on fiscal issues but they don’t do anything about it.
Their defenders on FR are not libertarians, they’re Bircher cranks and Pat-sies.
Their real interest is foreign policy. Namely, any foreign policy that helps Israel. Which they don’t want any part of.
They also have the “Everything bad has happened in the world because America has flapped its wings” school of international theory.

Yep. They know what the Pauls look like behind the mask and they like it.
Palin really should have stayed out of this one, she gave Rand Paul some undeserved legitimacy based only on his rhetoric.
His right arm will do a Dr. Strangelove on us before too long. Count on it.

Paul is going to pull this out. It will be good to have a Republican we can trustI don't trust Paul but Kentuckians are weary of the political class in Washington, which Grayson seems to represent.

Excellent point. Paul's nuts are merely as antisemitic as our crypto-Islamist POTUS. With a little rewording, you've got a campaign slogan in there somewhere.

Makes me wish we had a real conservative in this race, instead of a fruit loop and an establishment insider.Well, we did but Johnson dropped out because there apparently was a lack of support. I liked what he had to say. He spoke plainly, intelligently and conservatively.

The people pimping the Pauls here ARE Stormfront.
I can’t believe Palin got behind this guy. She must have a thing for Manchurian Republicans.

Be careful what you wish, for you will surely get it...I must say that this has not been my experience.
