How about a “processing fee” on top of the actual damages for all the effort involved? I got popped for an out of date vehicle inspection stiker (about a week). There was a minuscule fine and a $60. fee on top of that!

Seems like in American Society, we have a price for a given item and then a bunch of bull$h!t fees on top that a lot of times nearly doubles the original price !
