First thing we should do (correction, second thing) is to pass a law that no former Representatives or Senators should be allowed to serve on bank boards. Or else they lose their retirement pension from the U.S. Government.

When I first read Laura’s tweet it sounded like a joke to me. The joke being Barney’s party made banking and wall street so profitable with their no red lining and everyone gets a free home legislation. So now Barn would retire and make some money in the system he created.
It just sounded funny. He is right in the middle of the legislation with Dodd to stop them from making any money at all.
