I lived in Nevada 1975-1977 and remember there were a lot of UFO sightings; even though I lived between Carson City and Reno- nowhere near Area 51. One night we were driving over Donner Pass and of course everyone had a CB radio then- the truckers were going crazy about a UFO. We came over the top and started down the other side- tons of trucks and other vehicles were pulled to the side of the road and people lined the highway. We did not see anything, but many claimed they did and it was in the newspaper the next day. I have often thought the UFO sightings or many of them are government testing. Who knows?
