Wow, it only took us 9 years to figure this out after 9/11. Who says you can’t teach government anything.
Now if they could expand this to include behavioral profiling like the Israelis then we’d be in business.
I’m not sure why they are advertising this. They already profile - whether they admit it or not.
I fly a lot. I go through security with all kinds of stuff, e.g., scissors, liquids and I’m never stopped. (That’s by accident, not intentional.) People in wheel chairs, leg braces and other devices are always stopped. Guys between the ages of 18 to 35 are very frequently stopped, especially if they are burly and ‘look’ suspicious. They’re profiling - even if they don’t admit it.
