Sure. Just like the poor that roll their own cigarettes didn't have to pay the 2700% tax increase on loose tobacco that Hussein signed into law just days after he took office!

A buddy of mine started to grow his own tobacco under the law you can grow up to 1/2 acre without having to pay any taxes.
