Why not? Just like all the other 'free' services, it's not the government or those running government who have to pay for it. YOU are paying for it. (that's why it's free).

Reduce uncertainty? Obama is the author of uncertainty. Our economy rots because of the uncertainty created by this Administration. Will the Bush tax cuts expire? Will capital gains taxes increase? Will there be a moratorium on domestic oil and gas leases? Will Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac be allowed to die? Will the tarriff war continue? Will cap & trade ever be implemented? Investors all over the world are waiting to find out what the rules will be over the next few years, and Obama is intentionally keeping them in the dark.
