The problem with this law is that they enacted it just as their big cash cow, the Middle Class that they care about so much, is already running out of money. "The Rich" are the ones who democrats depend upon for support, so who or what do they plan to milk now? Not at all! You speak too hastily, my friend! They may very well be smoking crack cocaine, or snorting crystal meth or injecting heroin. They may even be full of a cocktail of prescription drugs taken in excessive quantity. There are many possibilities other than weed.
