Convicted of a federal crime and you get no federal voting or gun rights back short of now a president’s pardon.

I understand that. I should have qualified that it was a state felony, not federal.

i was just adding to it....i personally think felon apps should be heard individually with proof of low probability of recidivism

which was the intent in 1968 law on guns...it could apply to full restoration as well

now they the Dems are just vote mining...they sure won’t give back gun rights since they don’t like those to begin with
