This is a racist tax on people of Northern European descent who have enough money for a tanning salon. They need to do a similar tax on nail salons that welfare mothers frequent.

As I was shutting off my sons radio. He had it on Z100. I heard them talking about this tax. Then they said it was a white persons’ tax. Hadn’t thought about that.

I own just a tanning salon, and this tax will surely hurt. Michigan is just starting to climb out of the recession, and now we have to deal with this.
