I wish people here would not post this stuff like it’s the truth.
One thing to keep in mind about Stupak: He supports the rest of the bill and were it not for his Catholic ideas about the sanctity of life, no conservative would have ever supported him in his political endeavors. I certainly hope his “solution” to the funding issue regarding abortion turns out to be one that is truly a pro-life solution and would at least thank him for that while at the same time lament his support for a government takeover of the health care industry.
