Hey Friend. I have my tentative opus finale ready.
Thought I would share it with you.
The US has been corrupted from the inside. I’m convince that all that we have shared over the past few years is falling on deaf ears. That people are so conditioned to move against their own best interest that the only thing that will convince them that there is a danger if for the totalitarian government to crash down their front door.
I have participated for years in the fight to convince people not to give up their lives and their liberty to a corrupt few. After today, if our freedom is taken by the “government” and no amount of talking has convinced people that they are willingly giving up their rights to a handful of men, if no amount of civility and peaceful protest has convinced crooks in our government that they are destroying the last hope for freedom on the planet....after today, since I’m not physically suited for any other type of “fight”, the talking will be over and my job here will be finished.
God speed to any others that come into these vipers path...I don’t think they will allow us to stay in our homes and do as we please. This will not end well.
Diet Coke and Nicorette gum sustain me. (somewhat wan smiley face.)

update @ 2:15 and it appears there are enough no’s...but it’s hard to tell for certain. I think there are now 38 Dem no votes.

When they, invariably, bring up that Jesus granted the request the woman had made [see all of ch 15] reply that it was not because she wanted to take the Children’s [rightful] food, but only to take that which they did not [in their plenty] care for. IOW, she respected Jesus’ place of authority and position as being sent to the Jews, yet appealed to Him on those very grounds... that she would not ‘take’/steal what Jesus could give, but that Jesus could give more than they could take/’want’.
[And yes, I can tell that people will be offended by the analogies.]
Hey there! Good to ‘see’ you! I am starting to think we might want to run Ryan for Prez or VP in 2012! He is so impressive.
He’s a numbers guy, he cares not about attire...LOL (I’m married to an engineer so I know about these things heh)

I hope we see a LOT of Ryan a couple of years from now. His national exposure may be the only good thing that has come out of this fiasco.
Just got through to a live person at his office. Very nice young lady, asked to have him please vote no on this bill. She said she will pass on my message.
I have asked before - but not gotten a reply:
On this ‘insurance companies will be required to insure those with a pre-existing condition’ part of the bill.....
Does anyone know if there will be a restriction on what the insurance companies will CHARGE those with pre-existing conditions?
I have a sneaking suspicion that those with pre-existing conditions will be required (by insurance companies) to pay through the nose, like $10,000 a month or more!
And, they can say “We are REQUIRED by the government to insure EVERYBODY - but nothing is on the books telling us what we can or can’t charge them!”
(I ask, because my son cannot get insurance, because of pre-existing back problems.)
This is the first time I’ve ever seen him. He’s very good. A young looking 40, too.

Have you seen that paper posted on FR? I am flabbergasted, we all just go over to firedoglake.com for the whip count. I am going to start engaging the other side. WE HAVE MORE IN COMMON THAN I THOUGHT.
