We've melted down Congress' phonebanks, we've written and sent emails and faxes, we've vented our frustrations at townhall meetings for a solid year, we've written our newspapers and blogged about it until we are blue in the face, and yet we've done all of this to no avail.

The time for talking is almost over, but...

There is still time for a peaceful, non-violent expression of AMERICAS ANGER AT THE SOCIALIST/DEMOCRAT LEADERS IN CONGRESS AND AT THAT ARROGANT BASTARD TEMPORARILY RESIDING AT 1600 PENNSYLVANIA AVE.

Here's what I propose:

Rolling blockades and/or outright abandonment of tractor/trailers parked in coordinated fashion with other truckers to thwart towing throughout the D.C., N. Virginia, Maryland areas. I'm calling on all truckers and the trucking companies they work for to organize this peaceful protest tomorrow during A.M. rush hour.

This might be the last chance of a peaceful protest before this socialist piece of s**t legislation is force-fed to America.

The American people OVERWHELMINGLY are AGAINST THIS, yet the leaders of the socialist party of amerika don't give a s**t and are hell-bent on moving forward, (illegally via the Slaughter Solution if need be) thus raping the American people and the U.S. Constitution in one fell swoop.

Please forward this to everyone you know who drives a truck and who will be in that area tomorrow morning. Send it to trucking message boards and let this message go viral on Facebook and twitter that THIS CITY AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WHICH RESIDES IN IT, DO NOT BELONG TO THE SOCIALISTS WHO TEMPORARILY HOLD POWER. NO THIS CITY AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WHICH RESIDES IN IT BELONGS TO WE THE PEOPLE!

A few weeks ago, students in Oakland shut down an entire freeway by merely walking onto it to protest high fees (liberal irony).

But just imagine that happening on a national scale. The minute the Slaughterhouse rule is enacted, drive to a parking lot next to a freeway onramp, grab a sign that says “This is NOT America anymore!” and start walking onto the freeway shoulder. Traffic will eventually slow down, then stop. Walk down the middle of it with your sign held high.

If only someone had thought of this earlier.

All it would take is for a group of about 10 cars to get together on the roadway in each major highway, then the 2 in the back slow down and the other 8 proceed to park their cars in a zig-zag maze puzzle from one side of the road to the other—of course the trucks are great too because they’re much harder to tow, but each of the car blockages would require 10 tow trucks.

Congestion for sure. Especially if it’s located in 5 major freeways.

Have you ever been to D.C.? Abandon trucks there, and in the chaos that ensues, you won’t get much back. If it’s your own truck, you’ll lose your livelihood. If it’s a company truck, it’s a criminal act and you’ll face fines, restitution to the owner and possible jail time. I’d rethink this winner of a plan if I were you.

Not gonna happen. Most truckers don’t own their rigs and won’t risk their jobs. Most truckers are probably union members and democrats anyway.
