Kristinn, I haven’t been able to keep up with all the threads on the Obamacare - so please forgive me if this question has been asked (and answered.)
They keep saying that the insurance companies will no longer be allowed to refuse insurance because of a pre-existing condition (if the bill passes).
My concern is this: Is there anywhere in the bill that limits the cost of insurance coverage, if there is a pre-existing condition?
For some reason, I have this sneaking suspicion that *sure* they will cover those with pre-existing conditions, but will charge them $10,000 (or more) a month for coverage. (With the excuse - “Well, nothing in the bill restricted us, as to what we could CHARGE!”)
