I'm not mixed up on this, but I may not have been clear. I want to impeach Clinton again, but from a different "office" - from all the benefits that have been piled on former presidents, totalling several million $ a year if I recall correctly, and to this time convict him. Then justice will have been served.

As for Senators, we may think all government officials, including Senators, can be "impeached." The historical record shows the Senate doesn't think they can be impeached. They didn't rule the House charged Senator innocent, they essentially ruled the House bill of impeachment out of order, null and void. It probably wasn't the way you were taught the Constitution - it wasn't for me - but it is what happened. Unless one can break this legal precedent Senators cannot be removed via impeachment. It appears that the Supreme Court isn't the only source of bad constitutional precedents in US history.

But, if memory serves...as the war got into full swing, patriots were telling those who were neutral to basically CHOOSE A SIDE OR ELSE....and if you can’t choose then you’re with THEM....

What’s really shocking to me is that the Feds didn’t arrest, convict and send to prison for life ALL members of the SDS...

If we ever do get a stalwart Republican President and Congress in office again with some balls, a high priority should be given to some serious Red Hunting.

Also, mass arrests of the Islamists and the closure of radical Mosques, schools and training centers.

If we run out of prison space, let me suggest the closed Navy base at Adak in the Aleutian Islands.
