The answers WILL be released. By law (somewhere within Title 44), the Census data WILL be revealed to the public in 72 years. While that is a long time, it does eliminate the argument "will be kept confidential" by the fact that your answers WILL be released. This, of course, violates the 4th Amendment, esp. as the release has already been established and the delay is subject to simple legislative alteration from "72" to "now".

(I'm reminded of the joke ending "...we've established what you are, now we're just negotiating price.")

What does this mean

“respondents are not required to respond to any information collection unless it displays a valid approval number from the office of management and budget” on the back page.
