What’s this Donut Hole. Is it the place where they send idle policemen?
BTTT
We should have continuous rallies each day at the Capital. The faux kindness will eventually kill the commies.
Those who go to Washington tomorrow should realize that they will not change one vote from pro-Obamacare to against it. They do not have millions and billions to hand out to the blood-sucking congress members whose votes go to the highest bidder. The craven fascists in the administration and congress could care less how many show up. They will offer them maps and refreshments and, then, will tell them to move on, the game is over...
In other words “lie and smile”.
Folks,
Republicans can easily destroy the “health care reform” bill right now; if they will but repeatedly and emphatically declare:
IT WILL KILL OUR STRUGGLING ECONOMY.
If every prominent Republican who attends a presser or gives an interview emphasizes that one crystallized point; then the political pressure and citizenry push-back against wavering Democrats in the House will be enormous and irresistible.
ECONOMY KILLER = JOBS KILLER. And the case can easily and succinctly be made that this new, massively unfunded entitlement will require massive new taxes while hobbling the medical industry. It calls for new taxes on incomes and medical devices that will go into effect IMMEDIATELY. RAISING TAXES DURING A RECESSION will obviously hurt the economy. So as unpopular as this crappy bill already is, it can instantly be made much more so with simple clarion emphasis regarding its destructiveness to the American economy.
The American people already hate what the bill stands for (the rotten substance of the bill) as well as they hate the corrupt process that has produced it. Now it needs to be branded into the national psyche that the bill will obviously cause long-term, personal financial harm to everyone. - If Republicans will simply apply massive pressure to this one point (using the new CBO numbers on the “reconciliation / fix it” bill as a new cause for alarm), that will end the ball game. There is no way Pelosi can secure wavering votes in the House if the Republicans concentrate primarily on driving home the message that this bill is toxic to our ailing economy.
“If the Health Care Takeover Bill becomes law, it will make one of the worst recessions weve ever seen much worse.”
PS: This is NOT the same as arguing that the crippling deficits that the bill is sure to generate will be unsustainable in the long run. That message has been successfully conveyed, and it has profound resonance with the public. Rather, there has not been the emphatic and persistent argument that the bill will do serious harm to TODAYS jobs and TODAYS economy.

No provision for actually LISTENING to the People? You can take your cookies and shove ‘em, Nancy!
Serve tea and water, but no coffee :-)
Yeah, the plan is “greet them nicely and then hammer them with talking points.” Nothing about recording the wishes of constituents....
“prepared to explain that there are no death panels”
The panel will have ultimate authority regarding flipping the switch on Grandma’s life support.
You can’t call it a “life panel,” because they’re gonna flip the switch to “off” whenever they please.
See you there?
:)
“Prohibit dropping people from coverage when they get sick in all individual plans”
I’m not convinced, seeing how government health care (medicare) denies a higher percentage of claims than any private sector health plan.
My question would be “Where is the evidence that the government is competent?”
More to the point, “Where is the evidence that the government can be trusted?”
Why are you here? What was the point of your comment?
Possibly......
WHO is going to pay for it?
Nothing about that in the talking points.
