Despite your repeated assertions, single-mindedness is not a virtue. All too often (and I've been around a long time), I see people swept up by the "issue of the day" while fundamental problems go ignored.

Romney is a fundamental problem. He is little different from the thugs currently trying to run the show -- his methods may be different but the end result would be pretty much the same. One look at the mess he left Massachusetts in can attest to that.

And he's a clear and present problem, as he is putting himself forward as a spokesman and "leader" for Republicans. While you're whining over "loss of focus", Romney is running for President right now. Ignoring him now may mean being unable to stop him later.
