Yes. Gura was arguing for the loaf, the bread slicer and the oven, while NRA was willing to settle for a cupcake.

Imagine what would happen to the NRA if the 2nd Amendment were upheld like the 1st Amendment. The NRA would be relegated to marksmanship training, shooting matches, and gun/hunting articles. The NRA stands to lose prestige and money from endowments as well as lobbying power. Wayne would not approve.

How does that explain the SAF filing just as many lawsuits as the NRA?

How does that explain the goa’s stance for taking the narrow view on Heller? Why don’t you ping basil and the other ladies of the Second Amendment Sisters and ask why they took the same view as all the rest of the gun groups.

The goa is useless even if I wasn’t a member of the NRA or a gunowner.

The city of Morton Grove no longer has a handgun ban thanks to the NRA and the SAF. No thanks to the goa.
