“Issa’s a bulldog! “
That he is.
They all do it. After all, Richard Nixon fired Archibald Cox.
“not motivated by inappropriate political reasons”
Does this type of statement have a name?
It is common in political language where by adding one word, “innappropriate” it becomes meaningless. It now hangs on the definition of innappropriate.
Sort of like when Ted Kennedy was asked about the rape committed by his nephew on his estate, he said, “I did not hear anything unusual.” So that means what?
Am glad Issa is our Bulldog here in San Diego.
Issa has been taking on people and organizations
over the years others have put their head in the sand
and wish it away.
