Romney appears far more at ease in this race than he did in 2008 Romney feels at ease because he knows he is the media's chosen candidate.

#2 Palin and #3 Barbour are good representatives for conservatism.
#1 Romney and #6 Brown are not conservatives and shouldn't be on "The List". Others have serious problems of their own.

The writer reminds me of the NYT reporter who attend a Republican Convention, and called his boss stating, “You wouldn’t believe how many conservatives are here”.
