Ignore previous response. I am an idiot. JBS= John Birch Society...Was reading something else just now and it was there.
These guys are still around? I thought Walt Kelly nailed them with The Jack Acid Society Black Book back in 60’s.

Who voted this Rino as the Tea Party leader? Have we finally found Meghan’s long lost date? We are to be socially global atheist, amoral humanist idiots and fiscally conservative only - just like the big L party...hmmmm. They sit in a pup tent with Lindsey and McCain...

This positions Republicans in the center of American politics and Dems to the far left.Problem is, a good portion of the republicans are already left of center. We don't need to claim that they are the center - that's what got us into this mess.

Although you don't know it, your statement makes it very easy to to define who the fringe is. "defining fringe as anyone": What do you mean I don't know it? That is exactly what I meant. Anyone who is conservative is fringe in the view of libs and RINOs.

I don’t know what the heck he was talking about but you’re right. None of those things has any effect on climate trends.

The move has been cast by some conservatives as a modern version of the marginalization of the far-right, anti-communist John Birch Society during the reorganization of the conservative movement spearheaded by William F. Buckley Jr. in the 1960s and 1970s.The JBS is still here, where's Buckley? And Chris Buckley voted for Obama because he like the book, "Dreams..." (by Bill Ayers).
