I could go up to a homeless guy on the street and offer to help him get into a shelter, help him get into treatment, and help him get into job training, but if I didn’t offer him money, I wouldn’t be compassionate.
If I went up to him and told him he was just a dirty bum, would never amount to anything, and should just go jump off an overpass, but gave him a dollar, then I would be compassionate.
Strange, how upside down the world has become. To work hard and want to keep your earnings is selfish and hateful. To advocate armed robbery is selfless, kind and compassionate.

It was the Fire Fire Fighters Union leaders. I am hearing that many of the fire fighters them selves who have worked with the gut in the past thought he was a jerk.
