His plan might look good. The entire plan is what sucks, to merge whatever he rolls out with all the stuff American doesn’t want.

I wonder if we have any Republicans smart enough to extrapolate O’s “plan” to show Americans they are still just trying to cram a bill, any bill, down our throats. If they get that first step, any kind of healthcare bill, we’re doomed.

“Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell said Sunday he would participate....”

No, its simply...No, REPUBs. There is no summit. Its a done deal come Monday when the RATS og it alone. Start the battle against the bill’s approval Monday, don’t become a promo for it on the 25th.

I have a prediction:

Sunday turned into Monday,
Monday will turn into Tuesday,
Tuesday will turn into Wendesday,
and some time after midnight Obamas Healthcare plan will be released for discussion with Republicans on Thursday.

The Republicans look misinformed and unable to debate the bill they were not given a chance to read. The End.

Thanks, it's sickening having a crystal ball and knowing how these kinds of things will play out...but at least we have this great FR community to commiserate with!

Rename, repackage, rewrite it a tad smaller, and sell another pig in a poke.

Tennessee has joined several other states in trying to pass a Health Care Freedom Act. NO COLAs for granny, retired Military or retired fed employees. BIG NEW fees for Tricare for Life retired over 65 Military's secondary health ins. (DOD bill already passed, delayed but goes into effect 2011)

New Dem mantra: Woof, woof eat dog food granny....ala let them eat cake.

Obama says slight fix will extend Social Security

TRI CARE FOR LIFE This from a google search:

http://economicspolitics.blogspot.com/2009/05/tricare-for-life-is-obama-trying-to.html

This option would help reduce the costs of TFL, as well as costs for Medicare, by introducing minimum out-of pocket requirements for beneficiaries. Under this option, TFL would not cover any of the first $525 of an enrollee’s cost-sharing liabilities for calendar year 2011 and would limit coverage to 50 percent of the next $4,725 in Medicare cost sharing that the beneficiary incurred. (Because all further cost sharing would be covered by TFL, enrollees could not pay more than $2,888 in cost sharing in that year.)

Congress plans to block Tricare fee increases
http://www.armytimes.com/news/2009/10/military_tricarefees_blocked_100709w

By Rick Maze - Staff writer, Oct 7, 2009

Tricare fee increases imposed last week by the Defense Department will be repealed by a provision of the compromise 2010 defense authorization bill unveiled Wednesday by House and Senate negotiators.

Snip

The fee increases were announced on Sept. 30 and took effect on Oct. 1, but the defense bill, HR 2647, includes a provision barring any fee increases until the start of fiscal 2011.

Snip

Retired Army Maj. Gen. Bill Matz, president of the National Association for Uniformed Services, said the announcement of fee increases was shocking considering that the Obama administration promised earlier this year to hold off on any new fee Tricare fee increases until fiscal 2011.

“President Obama and DoD assured NAUS and the entire military family earlier this year that there would rightly be no increases in any Tricare fees” in fiscal 2010, Matz said. “We took them at their word, and I can’t believe that a co-pay increase like this was allowed to go forward,” he added.

Bambi doesn't keep his promises...so buyer beware.

“Affordable Vampire Bill, affordable to “us”, cause we need the pension money, and we’ll get it or go to jail or get fined.”
“And if the Vampire Bill goes through that “we’ FRAMED in the Senate with the help of our good lobby friends, then we won’t have to force your savings into our Fed. IRA forced/treasury Retirement Plan...you know cause it’s irresponsible for you not to put your money into how much “we” say is the right amount into our retirement plan. And we’ll be sure to handle your retirement savings (and Vampire Bill) the way we want, cause it’s good for you, and our banks are good for you, and our TARP is good for you, and our public pension investment agents are good for you, and our stimulus is good for you, and our government motors (you know that “affordable $20,000 auto/truck that’s only around $20,000”), is good for you.”

You see, our govt. help brought down the cost of that automobile/truck didn’t it?...that’s right really brought the costs down, .” “Oh, and don’t forget this “vampire summit” is so important, that we can’t even talk about a real jobs summit, because employment is up, up, up, and away”...”that’ll teach yu”
