“But, the IRS doesn’t make the laws...”

It most certainly does write laws. Congress may write broad soft law, but the IRS fills in the blanks that become law. Unelected bureaucrats writing law is a common trait of all dictatorships.

“... stolen Piper Cherokee into the Austin IRS building.”

He owned the plane.

Why are so many lies being told about this man?

The IRS is tyranny. It can take whatever it wants with little recourse. The Congress can take anything and everything, and the governments now takes in over 55% of our labor. That is slavery. There was a serious reason the founding father did not allow an income tax.

“But, the IRS doesn’t make the laws, they just enforce them, sometimes a little to vigorously. People should be ticked at congress who made all of these insane tax laws.”

I guess the guards keeping the Jews from escaping the death camps were also “just doing their jobs”.

Yes, I equate the IRS with Nazi death camp guards; both do something hideous yet under orders.

I do feel sorry for the victim, Mr. Hunter. He was just trying to get his last year of employment in so he could retire with a fatter pension. Wrong place, wrong time.

Without people like Hunter, the IRS wouldn't exist.
