His way of coping was to go along to get along and when things got too hot, to hit the road.
A real profile in courage, that guy!
“there is going to be a serious shortage of popcorn around my hacienda..... “
LOL. The fun is yet to come. I hope we can still afford popcorn when it actually hits the fan.
The best part is going to be watching Bammer try to stuff Rahm under the bus. You know that won’t happen without some vital private information about the President being leaked or stand by for Hilary’s resignation, due to President Clinton’s sagging health.
Did someone say something about chickens roosting...????
He's a liberal who knows that his (hopefully) Conservative opponent would send him home anyway.
“Hes running fast and hard for the position of Mr. Tea Party, Democrat.”
Agree fully, and if he’s thinking about a presidential run, that’s a good strategy except — it would work best in a crowded field of Dem lefties splitting that part of the vote.
But no lefty is going to oppose Obama as incumbent in 2012, unless things fall apart so badly that he decides not to seek re-election (not likely).
Good points.
See, a dems position on non partisanship is you agree with our positions, if you have a differing one, you are partisan.
Partisanship to Bayh is compromise from the other side. He’s frustrated, embarrassed, and angry because they [democrats] continuously made fools of themselves. And the world got to see their stupidity in action. The republican party didn’t hurt them; they hurt themselves.
I fully expect Hillary to be at the front of the line to plunge the dagger into Obamalamadingdong’s back, maybe with help from Rhambo. You’re right, the best is yet to come.....
Exactly what I thought when reading his comments.
He saw a big leap ahead of the pack towards 2012 and took it. Hope we get a few more jumping for that niche point.
His record will prevent any leadership in the Tea Party, period.
He’s not aimed for the Tea Party leadership — he’s aiming for the Tea Party tending Democrats.
?
Ronald Reagan ...” I didn't leave the Democratic Party, the Democratic Party left me.”
Most of us agree Ronald Reagan was a GOOD President.
so consider some of these guys that are jumping ship ... just might be sincerely disenchanted, with Obama and the progressives.
Consider the possibility ... we need the men/women of character and honest values to not leave in disgust.
Truly the Washington mentality and way of doing business needs reform ... before any of the rest of the aberrant rules and regulations, laws and decrees, get jettisoned. MO
