I’m with you, in terms of presentation style. I want to focus all of my attention on the people in the room, not the technology I use to make the presentation.
“I want to focus all of my attention on the people in the room, not the technology I use to make the presentation.”
For me, it’s more a matter of wanting to look smart. Especially in front of teachers, who automatically view off-text speakers as superior.
We should all write “PALIN 2012” on the palms of our left hand.
Agree completely. Everything they try to do to her, and the way she handles it all with unflappable grace, just make her all the more endearing and real. I positively adore her.
Now that there is political theater pure gold.
I love the picture of Sarah with the girl with the glasses. When I was a girl, about the age of the girl in the picture, I had to get glasses. I felt that the glasses made me so ugly. I felt like a nerd. Seeing Sarah so beautiful in glasses makes me think what the girl in the picture must be thinking: She is beautiful and so am I.
When we first heard about Sarah, I asked a friend what he thought of her - he said “I knew she was out there somewhere.”
I knew exactly what he was talking about - he was referring to the perfect woman.
Glasses will never make you ugly - only being a liberal will do that.
Well, as a retired teacher, I used to write notes on my hand all the time, LOL. Different strokes, etc. ;-)
