On every news show I watched this week (except for Glen Beck) the talking heads got a real laugh out of Iran sending a mouse, two turtles and a worm into space. They completely sidestepped the meaning of this launch and the consequences that will follow. We laugh at Iran at our own peril...

Iran is building missile sites to launch against Saudi Arabia, they are fully aware by now who has bankrolled Obama into the Whitehouse, in their mindset it would be a bigger propaganda victory to kill the masters over Obama.
Iran faces an extreme obstacle to hurt mainland USA, but it can reach out and strike Saudi Arabia.
Any attacks upon Israel will be secondary if at all, they have been blustering about attacking Israel as a diversion.

I’m kibitzing here.
We know Iran is building and testing missiles, and their rivalry with the Saudis for regional hegemony is well known. But Israel isn’t just a diversionary tactic. Even the mullahs can multi-task.
