Apparently, he thinks he gets to make the law.

No dumbass, that's not what he thinks at all.

You, as a legislator, get to make the law. But the law that you make doesn't get to abridge the first amendment.

And when it does, it is Alito's duty to his office to invalidate your law. Got it?

FeinClod takes a cheap shot.

The camera switched at the moment Obama made his lying comment of the SCOTUS decision to record the SCOTUS judges to catch any reaction. Alito's body reaction and his comment was not said to anyone but himself.

What planet are the left from?

Planet Moonbat.

Reminiscent of the FDR days when he attacked the Supreme court because they were for the Constitution and not for FDR’s Facist agenda.

Wow, a Supreme Court Justice is not allowed even a reaction now when he is being lied about and chastised in front of the whole nation.

Maybe instead he and Roberts, Scalia and Thomas should have stood up and sang, “Stop, in the Name of Love.”

And Obama’s remarks about the SCOTUS were unsuitable.

Get over it, Russ.

BS! Since when is it socially appropriate to call out someone in public much less in the House and on TV with millions watching?

FUBO!

“Sen. Russ Feingold: Samuel Alito behavior ‘inappropriate’”

I agree, Alito’s behavior was inappropriate.
Inappropriately polite.

He should’ve stuck out a middle finger and whipped out a pocket copy of the Constitution.

I think it’s time for Justice Alito, and the other supremes, to hear the full case concerning a certain arrogant, narcissistic, Kenyans place of birth and his eligibility to be POTUS!

I suspect Fiengold is just a little miffed that the SCOTUS has ruled on his namesake and found it unconstitutional. What is sad is that Obama, a lawyer himself, does not understand the ruling, yet he has opined on it. Too many fools, too few to call them out on it.

Sen. Russ Feingold: Samuel Alito behavior ‘inappropriate’

Note how the headline refers to Feingold with his honorific “Senator,” but SUPREME COURT JUSTICE Alito is referred to
as Samuel Alito.

Geez, suprised they didn’t nickname him Sammy-boy. How’s it going, Russ?

Incredible.

Does Senator Feingold want to whether Justices roll their eyes ever so slightly? Maybe he can check Alito to make sure there is pupillary dilatation at the soaring hope/change parts of Obama’s speech.

For Feingold, his rising to become a rectal orifice would be a big step up.
