Island voters cast 2,139 ballots for Democrat Martha Coakley, while Republican Scott Brown garnered 2,032 votes. Joseph Kennedy, no relation to the late Senator, received just 58 votes.

Anyone that is watching the map on Boston.com have you taken a look at the Cape? (Teddy Kennedy land) This should tell you something very telling! They are all turning red for Brown. Hmmm..... Think they’ve had enough of the democratic machine? hahaha

I’m loving this! Go Massachusetts....

I voted at 6:00 and I was number 2130 in a very, very small town. 68% voted for Scott Brown!
