I have followed these incidents fairly closely over the last few years, and the one thing that is notably absent from all of the incidents is the failure of anyone to photograph or video the suspiscious behavior. Witness recollections by their very nature are subjective and as a result, witnesses often have very different recollections and perceptions of the same event.

why no arrests?? from previous incidents, an anglo-saxon uttering similar words and causing such a disturbance would be!!

Right, you can't even make bomb JOKES.

More testing the wires. Seeing if anyone is listening.

Imagine telling a frontiersman that riding a horse is a priviledge, not a right!

Ask the horse.

And an open borders policy means that we cannot deny any criminal or agitator. Who are we to judge? We "conquered" this land "ourselves". < /liberal talking points >

Another probe by “volunteers.”

They know they can depend on the MSM to send their “report” back to Al Queda.

““Arabic speaking air marshals”?? Now I’ve heard it all. Are we putting negotiators on board aircraft?”

Yes, arabic speaking air marshalls. If they hadn’t learned arabic, they wouldn’t have known what these guys were saying.

My guess is these guys get pissed at half the passengers, rightfully so, watching their every move like hawks so then they start spouting off at the mouth.

Good thinking! Islam ...always probing the infidels for weakness. For vulnerability so that at minimum it can intimidate and bully. With terrorism being the upper levels of the eternal Jihad of intimidation and attrition waged against the infidels.

And believe you me the godless Euro ruling classes are intimidated by the robots of the false prophet. They even love the sado-masochist dynamic it affords them. That’s how sick of mind the godless libs are

“Imagine telling a frontiersman that riding a horse is a priviledge, not a right!”

It would be a right if they owned a horse, a privilege if they were forced to rent one from someone else. No one has a “right” to fly commercial airlines unless they own the airline in question. Strange that so many people on free republic apparently don't understand property rights.

“It’s my guess that these guys aren’t terrorists or probers....they’re part of the new tactic to try and get grounds for a lawsuit and some big bucks.”

####

Even if they did that on the ground it sounds like a jail-able offense to me, let alone in the uniquely vulnerable environment of an airliner cabin.

In a sane society, our tolerance for this sort of incitement would be zero.

You're correct with respect to property rights. However, the statement was made in a reply to a post implying Civil Rights versus privilege granted by government, and swain_forkbeard is correct. Silverleaf was wrong to imply that flying is a privilege granted by government. It is not.

The Constitution is silent on the issue (never mind what machinations the SC has to go through to come up with something), so the government has no authority to allow or disallow it. The Constitution does not grant rights (or privileges) to the people. It grants authority in limited areas for the government to intercede in the affairs of citizens.

"“Silverleaf was wrong to imply that flying is a privilege granted by government.”"

That was not the impression I got from his post. As you point out, the government doesn't have the constitutional authority to grant flying commercial airlines as either a right or a privilege.

My 1st thought was that these guys did this to see if there were air marshalls on the plane, and whether any understood them.

You've nailed it.

The IslamoNazis are testing us everywhere and in every way, and our illegitimate government is making sure more of them arrive, and the ones that are here get unlimited freedom and American constitutional rights.

This administration is the Enemy Within.

The man is a frikken lunatic!

Flying is a privilege, granted by the owner of the carrier.
People who purchase airline tickets are dealing with a commercial enterprise, not a government entity

The airlines should have the right to deny service to anyone who violates the terms of purchase of their ticket, but CAIR is chipping away at this

You said, “No one has a “right” to fly commercial airlines unless they own the airline in question.”

Do you also think that no one has a “right” to keep and bear arms unless they own a gun factory?

lol, er... no not a gun factory, all they need to own is a gun. Seriously, this isn't rocket science.

A citizen of the United States has a public right of transit through the navigable airspace. To further that right, the Secretary of Transportation shall...before prescribing a regulation or issuing an order or procedure that will have a significant impact on the accessibility of commercial airports or commercial air transportation...

(U.S. Code, Title 49, Sec. 40103, Section a[2])

Yep, we don’t have a right to fly *rolls eyes*
