Gotta factor in that he is one opportunistic turd-----who will say or do anything to satisfy his self-absorption.

IMO, this is game-playing to get people off the track-----Rahm clearly saw articles about himself, being a Chicago mayor wannabe.

As for money, he's wallowing in govt dough----he's in charge of Medicare/Aid billions, ObamaCare trillions, and trillion dollar stimulus and bailouts.
