Well now, THAT presents SOMEONE a quandary, now doesn’t it?
Which of you has been lied to by this upstanding fellow conservative? And how does he/she prove it? I dunno.
I am surprised to see the Site-endorsed, Rino-Free america project being so obviously supportive of a pro-abortion candidate. Not one who was pro-abortion before but not professes to be pro-life, but one who has pro-abortion language on his issues page.
Oh, I’m happy about it, because it shows that for all the bluster, we are still pragmatic enough to realise that a good republican in Mass. is a lot different than a good republican in Texas.
Oh, I’m NOT happy that he is pro-abortion. And I really wish we had a candidate who was pro-life running and doing as well. But you take what you can get. And it’s great to see that the reality of Mass. and the importance of having people on our side can trump the single-issue, anti-RINO push.
I might well be able to support this movement after all. I hate liberal republicans being elected where we could elect good conservatives, almost as much as I hate republicans being led by leadership more interested in getting campaign donations than acting according to principle.
There may be hope for us yet.
Reagan built a big tent, hopefully we won’t burn THAT one down.
We’ll need a big tent to bring in all the people we convince about conservative values and principles.
I find it hard to bring people to your side if you are always trying to drive them away.
theocracy - government by priests or by religious law
And you guys have the nerve to make fun of Catholics! :-)
I’m well aware of what a theocracy is. The Mormons tried to establish one in Utah and the federal government put an end to it. We will do the same thing with Islam.
Do you propose we ignore the Constitution? Are you suggesting anarchy and a return to lynch mobs and such? Do you want to burn down their mosques because Muzzies in a foreign country did it to someone there? Are we to be as primitive and wrong? Should we ignore our basic principles?
I agree we have a threat. I disagree with your rants. I live within 50 miles of a bunch of the Imams' friends. I keep my Bic handy for my cigars.
I am doing something every day, DJ. I speak to the guy in charge...
MM, I rest my case. Time to start a new thread, maybe.
30 cities and counting. I’d call that a foothold.
Then I guess that DJ needs to provide a link to the post where P-M claimed to be a woman.
The Mormons had an entire state.
You get as many and as much as you can get. But you don’t get as much as you can get without giving them a reason to NOT go against the core values of the party. They have been taking us for granted for years. If we don’t demand better, and put up or shut up, we will never get back to the roots of conservatism or out from under the corruption. That is the goal. We want to move the goalposts back where they were so they are NOT democrats in republican clothing and hopefully far less corrupt.
As I see it, that’s a good thing.
My 2 sentence posts to you weren’t rants. I asked questions to which you have no answers.
Do you have a “ping” list? I want to be on it!
Bookmarked!
The muslims are entrenched in several.
Where are the answers to the questions I asked in post #358?
Then be specific, WHAT do you propose we do?
Go away and play with somebody easily fooled...
And the jackass thing?
When I accuse someone of something they did not do, I apologize. You have done it to me twice on this thread. Two strikes.
You can’t tell the difference between a form of government and a religion. We have no basic understanding.
