Is there not tar in New Jersey? Has the State no trees with which to make rails? No feathered friends to borrow some feathers from? I have heard that a naked screaming legislator riding a rail is really amusing!

New Jersey is dead broke and the Democrats want to hand a freebie to illegals. Go figure. In a perverse way this will probably save the NJ taxpayers money since the illegal freeloaders are now attending NJ universities for free anyway, resident or not.

Makes no sense at all.Makes perfect sense, Dems lost the last election, need a new crop of Dem voters that aren't pissed about taxes...solution illegal freeloaders.

My older son, a Delaware resident, is considering a New Jersey college. If he goes there we will pay double what illegal aliens pay. In other words, he aint going there. Similar issue here, my daughters attend school in PA and DE. Maybe I'll renounce my citizenship and declare them as illegals to get the in-state discount.
