I saw this for the first time on the pop up from the California thread telling me what the latest post is over there posted by SeekTheTruth, and I thank SeekTheTruth for posting this.
Disclaimer: I don’t listen to Glen Beck, so I haven’t any comment on him, or his program, nor have I a bone, or not to pick with him. It’s my understanding he’s a good Conservative, and I believe that which FReepers tell me, fool that I am.
I say GOD Bless Mr. Stephen Pidgeon for stating that which I perceive as precisely the truth. Excellent Post.
Do serious lawyers with serious cases post public letters about their cases?
Mark Levin never publishes open letters about pending litigation his Landmark Legal Foundation pursues, and he gives hell to Libs.
Just sayin’.......
that video was posted online, what I did not see was someone telling the vieweers to watch a certain portion of it where he says he is foreign born
He's discovered the word scum. Perhaps he thinks it's new. Such a pleasant fellow.
That’s not true. One more urban myth in this whole thing.
Very good letter. I hope he really did send this to Glen, and further - that Glen actually reads it.
But each in the war must pick his/her battles. Glen has chosen to step around the whole birther issue and fight other issues. Unfortunately, those who continue to push the whole citizenship/eligibility battle - though possibly correct constitutionally and morally, have been equated with nuts. So for some, distancing oneself from that image (flawed though it may be) gives more audience for the other battles going on.
And as has been said - regardless of the TRUTH in the Obama birth situation - it will not be a deciding factor, because the SCOTUS doesn’t have the balls to even HEAR a case on it. But even if they did - they wouldn’t dare unseat a president unless he was so utterly hated by 90% of the population that hey had no choice in the matter.
For that matter - CAN the SCOTUS unseat a president? The Constitution doesn’t really address someone getting elected who isn’t eligible in the first place. I guess our founding fathers didn’t expect the American people to be stupid enough to elect someone without at least SOME questions being answered...
Do you think they believe that they will attract folks to join their ranks with all of the venom and vitriol that they spew? My guess is that they are so obsessed that they simply don't care.
Somehow I find that rather amusing. Although I would put the likely professionalism of an AP reporter several levels higher than anything from Alex Jones.
My reading of that sentence would lead me to think that as of August 4, 1982, Obama would no longer have dual citizenship and would only be, by his birth in Honolulu, a U.S. citizen.
ANd it would be very helpful to see that, but as long as the Obama administration can run people around in circles and claim they are kooks, they will never give permission.
I absolutely agree but, and I think this is Beck's point, it is a battle that cannot be won. Spreading the news about the marxists in his administration is something that can influence people. Beck is only picking his battles.
Well stated! ... Sadly, Glenn mistakenly went out of his way to ridicule and insult anyone doubting Barry Soetoro’s eligibility, kind of like the poorly played ‘moron trivia’ game his staff dishes to insult and ridicule folks. The eligibility issue is but one on a list of issues to be exposed regarding the affirmative action liar-in-chief. Glenn made the foolish mistake of focusing too much attention to ridicule, in preparation for his now running ‘transition’ of focus.
The admission is proof for many that Barry cannot have been a natural born citizen at birth, regardless of whether Kenyan citizenship inherited from his father expired. The confusion leftists create regarding Constitutional natural born citizenship is what the democrats and Barry’s agit props are counting on to prevent precision of focus.
Not silence at all, his father was a Kenyan as far as I know. I have no reason to dispute that though it might be disputed that B.O. Sr is his actual father and perhaps that is the embarrassing information contained in his original birth certificate. If his father was, as some claim, Frank Davis, then the citizenship would not be in question.
Nonetheless, as far as I know, born in Hawaii to an American mother qualifies one for citizenship regardless of who the daddy is.

To whom does this make us look like kooks? The Left? They already think we are kooks, even without the birther issue; so buckup!
YES, as George Washington warned the public in his farewell address:
If, in the opinion of the people, the distribution or modification of the constitutional powers be in any particular wrong, let it be corrected by an amendment in the way which the Constitution designates. But let there be no change by usurpation; for though this, in one instance, may be the instrument of good, it is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed. The precedent must always greatly overbalance in permanent evil any partial or transient benefit, which the use can at any time yield
As avenues to foreign influence in innumerable ways, such attachments are particularly alarming to the truly enlightened and independent patriot. How many opportunities do they afford to tamper with domestic factions, to practice the arts of seduction, to mislead public opinion, to influence or awe the public councils. Such an attachment of a small or weak towards a great and powerful nation dooms the former to be the satellite of the latter.
Against the insidious wiles of foreign influence (I conjure you to believe me, fellow-citizens) the jealousy of a free people ought to be constantly awake, since history and experience prove that foreign influence is one of the most baneful foes of republican government...
Real patriots who may resist the intrigues of the favorite are liable to become suspected and odious, while its tools and dupes usurp the applause and confidence of the people, to surrender their interests
it’s not an urban myth that the debates were online, I saw them, I just didnt hear him ask the question
also in searching for it today, I found a reference that it was a question asked OFF STAGE, not in the debate, so, it may not even be on video at all
I also wonder why Keyes would NOT show the video if it was true, that would be his greatest source: his own debate with Obama!
However, I still stand by my testimony: I met an Indonesian immigrant in Hawaii in 1980 that was a Mullatto male about 18 years old who told me he was born in Mombassa.
Boy I wish I remembered his name and I wish my friends wanted to go back and show him the pics of Mombassa. I would have a witness to it.
It is self-evident that if Barack Obama senior is his father that Obama can NOT be a natural born citizen.
Sorry, I have a few other responsibilities that prevent me from spending ALL my time on FR. Self-evident? I'm no lawyer but if someone who is born in the United States but has parents who are both illegal aliens can be considered a citizen, then I don't see how someone born in Hawaii to a woman who was a citizen could not be considered a citizen. Regardless of who his father is.
This may be 100% correct and legally accurate, but since has that been a factor in determining if it acted upon or not.
The problem is the vetting process was co-opted by the MSM and since his election was “mandated” (I hate that term in this context) by the election, no matter what we do and how much we scream until either the Media wakes up or somethign short of a major revolution nothing will be made of it. If it does go to court it would most likely lead to a ruling that would open the door for more foreign usurpers in the future. Remember the left loves going by “case law” rather than constitutional law.
It would be better to nail him to the wall on this AFTER he gets thrown out for other reasons. Otherwise we open the door wide open for future usurping.
Can you send me a link to something that shows that position to be settled in the law?
