Add a thousand amendments all hundreds of pages long, rolling back all socialist programs and make them read every word of each amendment.

Well it turns out the ‘RATS can vote to “suspend the rules” anytime they want with a simple majority. Oh Well, so much for that idea.

Next: Hoping that Brown wins in Mass. or Byrd goes to the big Klan rally in the sky!
