If you do move pick a State that has Rock-solid Homestead protection! Being sued is a real threat in today’s world. Idaho is up to 100,000 and Arkansas is unlimited to 160 acre { I think } Best of luck

‘Tha’d be about all y'all can graze on 50 acres!’

Augments with a stubborn bull seem like a breeze compared to these leftist {Seattle types}...

The interesting thing about New Hampshire's proposed law is they add the twist of interposition ... the other side of the State nullification coin is being addressed.

Unless a State and State Resources, i.e. legal staff, is going to get in between the Feds and a State's citizens, a straight 10th Amendment nullification act is nothing but hot air.

And as it is with Montana and Tennessee laws, they will just be ignored. which the BATF has already announced they will do.

The real issue is we need a SC case which will establish limits on the 'commerce clause' ... That will truly shrink the size and scope of the federal government.

Wow! January 3rd! It took me a while to figure out what’s going on here.
Fact is, I don’t remember that far back.

But I’m sorry if I called you a Liberal. That’s an insult and I have no basis to apply it to you. Please forgive me.
