I believe that is him...he’s just aging incredibly fast.
He thinks it’s a teleprompter and he is trying to figure out what to do next.
My first impression, though it's from a single angle.
I was a decoy for general officers on two occasions. The perks were enjoyable for a field grade officer, but it was a bit unnerving to consider why it was necessary in the first place. Pity the fool that looks enough like Zero to be his double!
