Reverend Manning repeated that Al Qaeda does not want to force Obama to bomb Yemen and that is the reason that the terrorist did not set the bomb off.

Earth to Rev. Manning, whoever you are : Obama's already been "bombing" Yemen throughout December with cruise missiles, etc. We've been popping terrorists there with predators since about 2003, IIRC.
