Unless one of the good judges dies, the SCOTUS can and probably will rule this as unconstitutional. Then it will require they run the whole show again and unless they have a full house majority that time it will die on the floor.
Still contend the dems are over-reaching, that they “hope” the voters forget come next November. Look at this situation from their perspective, they know their strong majorities are probably short lived and thus they must rush as much stuff as possible before it all changes, that’s why the way they have been acting is totally irrational.
Would be sweet if 2010 threw the dems out enough that we could get to some serious congressional investigating of voter fraud, the dems grafters and run up a good impeachment of the kenyan (heck ol Joe Biden would be no hill for a stepper for a couple of years and is such a “go with the flow” pol, he may side with us). Even short of impeachment, nobama without his legislative House and 60 Senate majority, will be toothless.
