As a follower of Islam myself along with my little knowledge of this vast religion, I feel Muslims in western world and around the world have completely lost the core in practicing their faith. Most specifically, no awareness on the guidelines of practicing their faith in a foreign land without causing inconvenience to people around you regardless of their religion. They seem to be acting out of their arrogance and force.
Today, the emphasis is given on the obligatory duties without the essence of religion (inner improvement and cleansing of heart), which obviously requires vigilance on one’s part, thus a difficult thing to do. More importantly, lack of correct knowledge is in abundance. For an instance, we go to a university to become proficient and experts in subjects, but it doesn’t give us the authority to make others experts, how could one go about practicing your religion without any know how your dear faith and not only just that, but also preach others without knowing things yourself any better.
What happened to the inspirational stories of those great personalities who care so much for the humanity and sacrificed their whole life in making sure, not even a single animal is hurt by their actions, let alone a human being.
The core of my religion is to respect your fellow citizens first and foremost, and in the hope of extending true respect for God’s. Simply put, our job is not to spread and preach, and it only God who spread the word in His mysterious way, if HE wills only.

There is nothing mysterious about how Islam is spread or about those who are preaching on our streets and in other nations, nothing at all...they are doing exactly as they have for centuries. Furthermore, how about you stepping up to the plate and condemn those on the street who are doing this rather than hide behind your computer as you are doing here. Go ahead tell them they are not practicing according to? What? I highly recommend you look a whole lot further into this ideology before you take it for your own...sure sounds like someone's got you on the Islamic hook.
