This is Lawrence of Arabia-style tribalism with bombers and Kalashnikovs, except it’s Arab on Persian this time not Arab on Arab. If there was no oil over there & we weren’t hooked on it no one would care about these Sunni-Shi’a spats.
Drill in ANWR already.
