I like how Arpaio is handling himself. This is what the libs do to their opponents. It’s only logical that we return the favor.

Now, at some point, expect the Supreme Court to tell Arpaio that he may not enforce county law and state law, besides not enforcing Federal law.

It is not out of the realm of possibillity that this action is a prelude to a run.

It's good to know that someone has enough balls to protect our country from invasion.

Which one (Napolitano or Reno)? Seems to be a requirement that every Rat admin has to have one!
(p.s. I know it’s Napolitano)

he is exactly right, his power in the state trumps the feds, and that is the way the law is written....screw the limp wristed feds.

“If, in an argument with your wife it turns out you are right, apologize at once.” may be sage advice for a marriage, but it doesn’t work so well in politics. Arpaio would make a suitable spine donor for the GOP.

Then he should do what Andrew Jackson did. Jackson told the Chief Justice at the time, paraphrasing, you made the law, now enforce it!

The Feds have no jurisdiction over a county sheriff. I wish more sheriffs would realize that.

We shouldn’t be surprised if Hussein’s Attorney Corporal tries to pin some Federal charges on Arpaio. In fact,I’d be willing to bet that that’s *exactly* what he wants to do.

The day after the federal government told Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio that he could no longer use his deputies to round up suspected illegal immigrants on the street, the combative Arizona sheriff did just that.Excellent!

It does show how much authority an elected county sheriff has down there. The state and feds would have ended this a long time ago if they could.

The Feds have no jurisdiction over a county sheriff. I wish more sheriffs would realize that. Unfortunately, you're wrong. Can you say "civil rights violation"?
