All the federal alphabet soup agencies show up to arrest the guy from Montana who built a machine gun.
The local state authorities will do nothing, or will be arrested also. Or if things get real stupid, shot.
Remember, Jackson had control of the executive branch of the Federal Government. The state of Montana (or any of the other states that have passed similar measures) does not. They do not even have the power to tell the EPA to shut up, much less the BATF.
The NRA resembles the RNC too much these days. All mouth and no spine.
I thought the point of the new laws in those 2 states was that if ALL components were made in state and NOT imported in or out of the affected states would be exempt from coverage of or enforcement by the feds, aka BATA.
I think he’s saying that’s what the feds would do in retaliation should any state try to make this stick.

Many people have answered your stupid questions MANY times; you just refuse to see it. Point is if you can’t have an honest debate fighting a common enemy, then do everyone else a favor… stay on the sidelines and argue with yourself, don’t try to distort the focus of this fight.
Every 2A group, no matter what you may think of them should be WELCOMED to the struggle we are facing, many former NRA members, myself included, who definitely have no love for the NRA leadership have been going back into the group because the stakes are so high, don’t let your petty bias cloud the big picture.

Federal Agencies only operate within any State WITH THEIR PERMISSION. Rescind All contracts,agreements... with Fedzilla, Then arrest and Jail All Federal Employees within the State. No State is required to Follow Federal law if it believes it is Unconstitutional. Challenge EVERY FEDERAL AGENCY on Constitutional Grounds, Arrest every single person for Violating the rights of their citizens. Use only State Laws, the only recourse for imprisoned Federal Employees is the Presidential Pardon. Force them to Defend their very Jobs as being Constitutional, they cannot defend their actions.
I almost forgot, this is the very reason for STATE MILITIAS.
A State can Also make it a FELONY for any person employed by any Federal Agency to use,own, or posses FIREARMS within their STATE. unless of course they are not a Free, Independent, Sovereign STATE.
